Create two layered ruffles 1inch apart.

Stamp a image on the back side. I used Stazon ink pad but I don’t recommend. Use just regular Momento ink pad would work fine.

If you worry about fade away when washing, gentle hand wash.

Sew both sides.

Mark the center and measure 2inch from the center. Pin one end of strap and do the same with the other strap. You can eyeball the placement.

Make different size of fabric flowers and arrange as flower bouquet.

You will love how fabric flower accents upgrade a simple tote bag. I have feeling I will be busy making more flowers tonight. 🙂

Happy sewing!!
