I am a scissors addict. As I care them a lot, if one gets dull or lose sharpness, it makes me unhappy (even mad!). 🙁

As I care my scissors  so much, I decided to make a “house” to protect them. Whenever I open my “scissor drawer”, I say to myself, ‘it was the brilliant idea!’  If you are a crafter, you would totally agree with me. 🙂

Grab a piece of paper and wrap your scissors. Measure and make a template. This is crazy quilt, my quilter friend told me, and I think it is the perfect name to call.

Now you have outside, batting and inner fabric.

I don’t know much about embroidery. I just decorated whatever I feel like to. If the expert sees my job, she would find lots of mistakes.

Thank you for visiting me today.

Happy sewing!

  1. What a good idea! It will help me tell them apart in the drawer. And if I am careful to put the scissors away when I am at a class, no one will take mine by mistake!

  2. I love this! I am adding a ‘necklace’ to the case so I always have my embroidery scissors when I sit down to embroider (or crochet).
