Today is my day to talk about Pretty Handmades by Lauren Wright from Tuva Publishing.
Lauren is the name behind @mollyandmama and her gallery filled with pretty images was one of my favorite places to visit before we didn’t know each other.
I was so thrilled when I was asked to join her book showcase! You know the feeling when someone you secretly admire, contact you.
Yes, Yes!! that was my first answer.
So here are what I have been stitching up. I hope you like my makes.
I picked her Garden Path Mini quilt. I needed a mini pillow for my sewing chair so I gave a little twist.
This handmade button is by my friend Suhobi.
My second try was this Posie Patchwork Pouch.
I used my Dear Diary collection.

Really beautiful makes Minki! I need to break down and get that book, so many sweet projects I keep seeing! I really love the yellow fabric from your collection, it is such a happy color! The zipper that you used on your pouch is so cute! Everything is really perfect!
It’s always inspiring when the same pattern used other way. I think one book is half done by the author and the other half is for the readers!!
